The new shell is made of fireproof polyamide, reinforced with glass fibers to give maximum mechanical and thermal resistance. All internal adjustment straps have been made of NOMEX®, the internal contact surfaces are covered in soft leather, the internal shock-absorbing shell is made of polyurethane.
