Course Aim
Provides the main requirements and training criteria for conducting Basic Fall Arrest and Rope Access skills and techniques most frequently to establish a work site in order for safe work at height to commence.

Session Objectives
- Awaring of necessary information about RISKS of working on height.
- How to work on Heights.
- Wearing and usage of PPE (personal protecting equipment)
- Choosing the best points suitable for anchoring.
- Best methods for climbing heights (shock absorbing lanyards – life-lines – fall arrestors w/automatic retraction).
- Inspecting and regular checking up of PPE.
- Using of Ropes & knots.
- Rescue people from heights.
- Basic Rope Access.
